SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Program Description

Program name: DirectXChange Notifications

DIRECTXCHANGE, LLC ("DirectXChange") sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who opt in. Messages may include account and service notifications, customer support replies, demo and appointment confirmations and reminders, and billing and payment reminders.

2. How You Opt In

You agree to receive text messages from DirectXChange when you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on a form on www.directxchange.ai, when you give consent to a DirectXChange representative, or when you text START to our number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and requests.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. DirectXChange does not charge for text messages.

5. How to Opt Out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. You can also reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT.

Reply HELP to any message for help. You can also contact us at support@directxchange.ai or 855-711-2148, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

7. Supported Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless and most other U.S. carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission, to enroll.

9. Privacy

We use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to receive. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above.
